Supporting Edwin and His Family After the Loss of Their Beloved Mother and Wife

On January 16th, our lives changed forever with the sudden and heartbreaking loss of our mother, Christine Dominique Lemaire-Abelard. She was not only a devoted wife and mother but also the heart of our family. Her passing has left us grieving deeply and facing the unexpected challenges of life without her.

Christine is survived by her loving husband, Edwin Abelard, and their three children: Edwin Jr. (18), Arianne (18), and Annabelle (24). This tragedy has turned their world upside down, but they are doing their best to navigate this difficult time with strength and resilience.

Christine and Edwin, who just celebrated their 27th anniversary on January 14th, shared a lifetime of love and built a beautiful foundation for their family. Christine was a proud 14-year member of Local 1199, and Edwin has been a dedicated 30-year member of Local 804. Their hard work and commitment to their communities were a reflection of the love and care they gave to their family.
