Last night, the Abbas family’s home caught fire in the middle of the night. By the grace of God, they were able to escape safely with their two young children. Tragically, they lost their beloved family pet, and their home and everything inside it was completely destroyed.

They are now facing the heartbreaking reality of starting over from nothing, no clothes, no furniture, no toys, no keepsakes. Just each other, and the clothes they escaped in.

I’m putting this together on their behalf because they are dear friends, and they’re going to need all the support they can get. Every donation—no matter how small—will help them begin to rebuild: securing essentials, finding a place to stay, and creating some sense of normalcy for their little ones.
