Support Blake Consentino After the Passing of His Mother
Donation protected
Introducing Blake Consentino, a junior at Ridgefield High School. On June 7, 2024, he bid farewell to his beloved mother, Susan, who lost her battle with cancer. Throughout Susan's illness, Blake remained a constant source of comfort, often found at her bedside in the hospital, tenderly soothing her pain with leg massages and gentle melodies. Her passing, though heart-wrenching, was serene as she found solace in Blake's embrace.
Susan, a single mother, courageously navigated parenthood, raising Blake independently in their Ridgefield home, alongside her own mother, Sandra. A stalwart member of the community, Susan's presence was felt not just within her family but also through her active involvement in the Ridgefield Planning and Zoning Commission and as an instructor for both Founders Hall and the Ridgefield Recreation Center.
Blake embodies qualities of amiability, intelligence, and humor, coupled with a deeply empathetic nature. He is a member of the Ridgefield HS Swim Team and participates in Student Government. Susan did a great job raising Blake - anyone who knows him will tell you he's a really good guy.
In the wake of Susan's passing, Blake and his grandmother, Sandra, find themselves in challenging circumstances. As they navigate this difficult period, the support of the Ridgefield community is invaluable. Any contributions would be gratefully received, offering comfort and assistance to Blake and Sandra during this trying time. More precisely, these funds will be designated for Blake's forthcoming pursuits, such as his college education.
