Hi everyone!

Jeff, Chuck, Shelley, and I want to welcome you to a brand new season for the 7th & 8th Grade Riverview Raiders Soccer Team! We're incredibly excited to be partnering both on and off the field as we prepare for the weeks ahead.

As many of you know, this team of parent coaches was recently put together, and while the energy and knowledge are strong, we're currently playing catch-up when it comes to fundraising opportunities. To better reach our extended community and to help reduce the financial and 'activity' burden on our families, we're opting to use this GoFundMe as our primary method of fundraising this season.

This team is made up of passionate, hard-working students who are dedicated to growing both on and off the field. Your support will help provide the resources they need to have a safe, successful, and fun season.

This season, we’re not just focused on wins; we’re focused on building a team culture that brings our players together and makes their experience one to remember.

One way we’re doing that is through team swag! Shirts, hoodies, or gear that every player can wear with pride. It’s not about style (though the kids will definitely love it!); it’s about creating a sense of belonging, unity, and team identity. When everyone shows up looking and feeling like a Raider, it builds chemistry and pride that carries over onto the field. We are also developing a culture with the upper-level teams to better transition players through their footy journey in the future.

We also want to celebrate their hard work at the end of the season with a team event that brings families and players together to recognize everything they’ve accomplished together.
