Urgent Support Needed: Help Dakota, Kobe, and Travis Recover from a Tragic Vehicle Accident
On May 15th, tragedy struck when a vehicle rollover on northbound US 95 north of Worley, Idaho, left three young men fighting for their lives. Dakota Riddle, 20 years old, Kobe Burris, 21, and Travis Wunderlich, who turns 18 years old today, our family, friends, and dedicated workers in the concrete industry, were involved in this devastating accident.
The impact was severe, ejecting all three boys from the vehicle. Dakota, Kobe, and Travis, bonded by their love for their job and their camaraderie with co-workers who are like family, now face an extensive journey to recovery. Dakota loves hunting, training his dogs, spending time with friends and 4x4ing. Kobe enjoys riding motorcycles, fixing cars, and spending time with friends and family. Travis loves to spend time hanging out with friends, riding dirt bikes, hunting, and fishing.
Kobe has been released from Kootenai Medical with a neck brace that he will have to wear for a few months. Travis, however, remains in the hospital, battling extensive injuries that required surgery and regaining the feeling in his lower extremities. Although he is showing signs of progress, Travis still has a long road ahead. Dakota, unfortunately, has yet to regain consciousness, having undergone multiple surgeries. They are strong young men, and we are praying for them.
In addition to the physical and emotional toll this accident has taken, the financial burden is immense. Medical bills are mounting, and the loss of wages only adds to the strain on their families. That's why we're reaching out to you, our community, for support.
Your contribution can make a world of difference as we rally around Dakota, Kobe, and Travis during this challenging time. Every donation, no matter the size, will help alleviate the financial stress and allow their families to focus on what truly matters: their recovery.
Please keep these brave young men in your thoughts and prayers as they fight to overcome this ordeal. Your generosity and kindness will be forever appreciated by their families and loved ones.
Thank you for your compassion and support. Together, we can help Dakota, Kobe, and Travis on their journey to healing.
