It takes a village to do God's work.
As many of you know, the M.A.X Middle School Showcase is a free, one-of-a-kind experience for 7th and 8th-grade baseball players across the Northeast. It’s more than just baseball—it’s a platform for exposure, a place to connect with high school coaches, meet past M.A.X Showcase alumni, and experience what a real college/pro-style showcase feels like. And this year, we’re proud to host the event at Don Bosco Preparatory High School in Ramsey, NJ—a premier location that will elevate the experience even more.
Year One Was a Game-Changer
Last year, we invited 60 players, and the results were powerful:
- 24 players received offers or committed to top high schools across the tri-state area.
This wasn’t just a showcase—it was a launchpad for dreams. For many of these kids, it was their first real opportunity to be seen and supported by programs that can change the course of their lives.
Now It’s Time to Do It Again—Even Bigger
We’re bringing back the M.A.X Middle School Showcase for Year 2, and we need your help to make it happen. This event is 100% free for families—because access to opportunity shouldn't come with a price tag. To make this event possible, we’re looking to raise $5,000 and recruit volunteers who are passionate about pouring into the next generation.
Where the Funds Will Go
Baseball Equipment: $500 (balls & metric)
Video & Photography: $1,200 (highlight footage for each player)
Event Hats: $1080 (players & staff)
Refreshments & Snacks: $750
DJ/Music: $400 (to keep the energy up)
Office & Cleaning Supplies: $300
Other Expenses: $500 (permits & etc.)
