We are excited to announce that Atsushi Takenouchi of Jinen Butoh and composer Hiroko Komiya will be our guest performers for the 2025 Asheville Butoh Festival!

This year’s festival is a collaboration with the University of North Carolina Asheville's Theater Department and the Black Mountain College Museum + Arts Center. The Festival is set to take place from October 30th to November 2nd, including 3 performances and 2 intensive workshops!

We need help to pay for the artists' airfare, performance and teaching fees, studio rental, event insurance, etc. Every donation helps and we appreciate your support. We hope to see you at the 2025 Asheville Butoh Festival!
