Hi everyone, and thank you so much for taking the time to read about my puppy, Thanos.

Thanos is my 4-month-old Min Pin baby with the biggest personality packed into the tiniest body. He’s goofy, snuggly, stubborn, ridiculously smart, and truly the light of my home. Anyone who has ever met him knows he’s full of joy the kind of dog who wiggles his whole body when he’s excited and falls asleep curled up like a little bean.

A few days ago, everything changed in an instant. Thanos took a bad fall and broke his elbow. Because he’s still growing and the injury involved multiple parts of the joint, the break was serious, much worse than something that could heal on its own. The veterinarian told me he needed a major orthopedic surgery right away or he would face lifelong pain, permanent mobility issues, and possibly even amputation later in life.

Hearing that shattered my heart. Thanos is just a baby. He hasn’t even had the chance to experience life yet running freely, playing at the park, growing into the happy, healthy dog he’s meant to be.

The surgery was extensive and incredibly expensive. Between the emergency visit, X-rays, anesthesia, orthopedic plates and screws, the surgeon’s fees, medications, follow-ups, and the rehabilitation he’ll need afterward, the total cost has already climbed into the thousands. I didn’t hesitate to go through with the surgery I had to save his leg but the financial strain hit hard and fast.

Thanos is now recovering, wrapped in his little cast, giving me those brave puppy eyes even when he’s uncomfortable. He’s trying his best, but the road ahead is long. He’ll need careful monitoring, pain management, additional vet visits, and eventually physical therapy to make sure his elbow heals correctly and doesn’t affect him for the rest of his life.

I’m doing everything I can for him, but the truth is… I can’t do it alone.

This is why I’m reaching out humbly and with hope asking for help with the overwhelming medical bills. Anything you can donate, even a few dollars, makes a real difference. And if you can’t donate, sharing Thanos’ story means more than you know.

Thanos is family. He is my little shadow, my comic relief, my comfort on hard days, and my joy on the good ones. I just want him to have the chance to grow up healthy, strong, and pain free to run again, to play, and to live the full, happy life he deserves.
