It's Rob in North Bend. Our friend Thais, who remembers everyone's name and favorite style of coffee and spreads joy to many people, broke her neck mountain biking. Living in the USA is already expensive and it's even harder when you have limited healthcare. The deductibles and ER charges have yet to hit...
