Hello, my name is Quinn McClain and I started this gofundme for my Dad TGregg McClain.

On February 19th, 2024, I found out my dad suffered from a stroke, my brother and I have been by his side while he’s in the hospital.

My dad has always been a hard worker, dedicated to his job as a construction sight safety manager, this job requires physical labor including over 10,000 steps a day and unfortunately the benefits they give him for a medical leave of absence is not great. He supports himself alone in a small apartment in the city, if you know my dad you know no matter what challenges he goes through he is not one to vocalize when he needs help. He truly is the kindest man, through money troubles he would do anything he could to support my brother and I so it is important to me to be there to support him in this time of need.

My passion for food, music and enjoying the little moments in life were all products of my dads influence on me…so while you may not know him personally, you will certainly see the mark he has left on me as a person. I would not be the person I am without the examples he’s shown me of all the things he loves in life, the smiles he’s brought to my face while teaching me how to cook and bake with his natural mastery in the kitchen, being my guiding hand towards a beautiful community of people who share the love for the theater, his innate ability to make friends wherever he goes and most importantly his devotion and love towards his family and friends.

If you are reading this you most likely know my dad and have seen for yourself the type of person he is. I am humbly asking for any support you would be willing to give with these mounting expenses. Your kindness will go towards his medical bills as well as any additional expenses we may have to incur.
