Support Teté's Battle Against Breast Cancer
Donation protected
I would like to introduce you to my sister-in-law, Emily López, better known as Teté. She is the youngest of five siblings and is my wife's little sister. With a heavier heart, I created this campaign to help my family in Mexico, because at the young age of 28, Teté was diagnosed with breast cancer. Last month, she had ADAIR surgery, removing a lump in her breast, but unfortunately, it is more serious than they originally expected. We are all sad and shocked by this situation because her life is very precious to us all. She is loved by many. The doctors examined her and told her that she has Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS). Teté is going to start conservative surgery where they will remove all the milk ducts and parts of her breast. Later, they will perform radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
This news has been disconcerting. Doctors also want to perform a molecular study to determine if there is cancer elsewhere in her body.
In Mexico, I have seen that on several occasions this family has been united for others. They work as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, not only for the church and the community but also at home. They are very important to the kingdom, and they are very important to me. Teté is my sweet little sister. With all the treatment, medications, and all the doctor visits, it will be very difficult for the family because my mother and father-in-law will be there full-time to support her while trying to maintain her responsibilities at church and balancing their responsibilities at home. There is a large financial burden to help sustain this situation and pay for doctors, medications, and surgeries. I ask on behalf of myself, my wife, our family, and loved ones in Mexico that you find it in your hearts to pray and donate, but also, that you continue to pray so that we can cover this family and give all the love that Jesus gave us and pour it out on them. Please! Even if your donation is just a little, it adds up and it will make a difference. Regardless of what you can or cannot give financially, please continue to pray.
Thank you, and may the Lord bless you and keep you.

Be kindly affectionate toward one another with brotherly love, honoring each other; not stragglers in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer.
