Support Tessa's battle w Triple Net Breast Cancer

Tessa Spearing is an amazing daughter, sister, Aunt, fiance and friend. At the young age of 26, she is gearing up for a tough battle. On Thursday, September 29, 2022, almost 13 months before her wedding day, Tessa was diagnosed with a very aggressive Triple-Negative Breast Cancer. Tessa, her fiance Shawn, and their family's lives were immediately turned upside down. Triple-Negative breast cancer is extremely aggressive, fast-growing in young women, and exceptionally difficult to treat. Because of this, a plan was immediately put into motion for Tessa's treatment. This will consist of approximately four months of chemotherapy, followed by surgery and possibly radiation. Testing is still ongoing to determine the stage of her cancer. Before her diagnosis, Tessa was a full-time sonogram technician specializing in breast sonography at Penn Highland Heathcare. She will be taking intermittent leave of absences to receive her chemo treatments.

Tessa is strong-willed and tough as nails, with a positive outlook on every situation. She is determined to beat this cancer. Although the road to her cure is going to be a long one, we are all optimistic. We know she will get there, but her family, friends, and fiance will need all of your love and support.
