To all who join Tess and Rawlyn here in their mourning,

On the morning of October 7th our dear friends Tess and Rawlyn made their way to the hospital as Tess’s mama intuition kicked in and felt something was off with her pregnancy. After immediate testing they learned that baby Parker had lost his heartbeat as well as the blood flow from the placenta to the umbilical cord.

Tess spent the night battling inducted contractions and the medical staff was able to give her relief through pain management. Their family gathered in prayer early in the morning of October 8th before the med team gathered to prepare the room for delivery.

I have never in my life witnessed such powerful faith in the Lord and his will than I did that early morning. Before the sky had given break to the light of day, Rawlyn and Tess turned their hearts to God in complete surrender to his will for their life and over the life of their sweet baby boy, Parker Joseph Reynolds.

At about 8:00 am, through the unwavering strength of his mama, Tess, and the courageous support of his daddy, Rawlyn, Parker was delivered Earth side, though his soul was already dancing with our Lord Jesus in Heaven. He weighed 7lb 5oz and was 21 inches long!

Many times, women who deliver their baby still born don’t receive the same maternity leave pay options, and though we have full faith Tess’s work family will help to take care of her and her family through this time, we want to ask anyone who feels led to support the Reynolds financially to do so by donating to this gofundme as they navigate hospital bills, funeral costs, and the unknown of their maternity/paternity leave options.

I’d like the opportunity to speak on behalf of Tess and Rawlyn and their family and say thank you for your kindness as they navigate through the heartache of their loss. Above all else, please continue to pray for healing and peace that transcends all understanding from our God.
