Support Tess After Tragic Loss of Richard

On Saturday, June 14 around 2:00 AM, Richard and Tess Musselman were hit by a **suspected** drunk driver on their way home from The Green Olive, where they worked. Richard likely died upon impact. Tess survived with injuries all over her body, including a broken heart.

Richard and Tess were married for 27 years and worked many fun nights together at The Green Olive over the years. They were well-known at the bar and enjoyed the company of its patrons--whether it was karaoke night, a costume party, or another weekend with the regulars.

When we (Tess's nieces) learned the devastating news about Richard's passing, we came together to see what we could do to help Tess. And we weren't the only ones! We've seen the outpouring of love from Tess and Richard's community. She's received phone calls, texts, and visits from others, but the number one question we've heard collectively asked is: "What do you need?"

The short answer is funding.

With Tess's injuries, she can barely get around her house. Losing Richard and her ability to work has already started to impact her finances, even without the added costs from the hospital and upcoming funeral services. All donations will be deposited directly into her checking account to help take care of these expenses and, if possible, any legal action that could be necessary to ensure the drunk driver is held to the severest consequences for taking such an amazing man from us.
