Support Tesha's Battle Against Ovarian Cancer

I am contacting our community, family & friends to ask for help for a family that deeply needs our prayers and assistance. This family has been dear to my heart for many years, and I love them very much. Friday, December 6th my dear friend Tesha went to the emergency room for what she thought was a kidney infection. After multiple tests and scans, they discovered a large cancerous mass in her abdomen along with 10 smaller masses. Monday 12/9 they were able to obtain a tissue sample to get some answers as to what kind of cancer this is. With the larger mass pushing on her kidneys, her kidneys were not able to function properly so she underwent a procedure to place nephrostomy tubes so her kidneys would be able to drain. The oncologist came by to speak with her yesterday 12/10 that her biopsy had come back and she has High-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer. She will start chemo here within the next few weeks to try and shrink the masses so they can plan surgery to remove the cancer within the next few months.

As the holiday season approaches, I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt request for Tesha and her family. They will be facing some extremely challenging times, and any support we can provide would make a significant difference in their lives. As we all know, the holidays can be a particularly tough time financially for many families. If you have the means and have wanted to help a family in the holiday seasons, this is a family that is so deserving and I know would appreciate it more than you know. She has 2 young boys that make her world go round. It is on my momma heart to make sure those boys and their parents have the best Christmas this year. She needs to focus on getting well and not have the stress and burden of financial matters in the back of her mind at this time. If you are not able to help financially I ask that you please keep this family in your prayers that God's healing hands will touch Tesha, take away her pain, and give her the strength to fight this battle, I ask that you pray for her babies and Chris as they provide support for her through this fight.
