Hello! My name’s Michelle, my husband’s name is Terry and he was injury in a work accident last week at work. 

He was on the back of a truck setting up cones for a road closure. It was cold and the gate he was standing on was slick. The guy driving went down and made a U-turn to go back the other direction and before he could make the full turn, Terry fell off the truck. 

When he fell his hard hat fell off before he hit the pavement. He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. Once accessed, they determined he broke his clavicle, 2 ribs, his temporal bone in his skull and has a few brain bleeds. He is very lucky to be alive. 

He was in the ICU for several days and then was finally moved to a regular room. He still has several days left in the hospital. When he is released from the hospital he will be transported to an acute rehabilitation center where he will stay 2-3 weeks to get the therapy he needs so he can come home. 

He has a long road ahead of him. He will be off work for a lengthy period of time due to his injuries. We are asking his friends, coworkers and family for any type of support they can give. If your unable to give financial, then please keep him in your prayers. The doctors informed us that with this kind of brain injury he could be a completely different person than he was before the accident. That scares me a little, but I know we serve a mighty God and He will be watching over Terry during this difficult time in our lives.
