My name is Terry. I had part of my foot amputated; it healed, and I went back to work. I couldn’t afford diabetic shoes, so I’ve been wearing regular shoes, and I got another sore on my foot that has become infected. I don’t qualify for unemployment, and I have zero income.

Just trying to get some help to pay my bills until my foot heals. I don’t like asking for help, but I don’t really want to become homeless, and I’m not making enough money to pay my bills.

My doctor says that my foot is getting better, but she still wants me off of my foot so I don’t have to have more of an amputation. Anything at all would be a blessing, and if you donate, just know I am forever grateful.
