Im starting this go fund me for my sister in laws mother, Terry McDaniel. Terry has suffered from sudden onset of Guillain-Barre Syndrome. As someone who has been through this before I know how devastating it can be. Unfortunately for her it has affected her more severely than it affected me. She is currently on a breathing tube as she can’t protect her airway without some help. It looks as though recovery for her is going to take a long time. As it stands, her home is not set up for this long recovery as she may be paralyzed for quite sometime and we don’t know the extent of what symptoms she may be left with. Things immediately needed will be wheelchair ramps, a wheelchair, help making the home more wheelchair accessible and help getting people out to their home to help her with everyday tasks and such.
