Support Terry Klein's Fight Against Cancer

I wanted to share some news with you all about our dear friend, Terry Klein. About a year ago, TK had an MRI, and a spot showed up on his neck, which wasn’t concerning at the time. More recently, he started to have some discomfort, and his doctor recommended an ultrasound. The ultrasound revealed that the spot had developed into a mass, which they decided to remove. On June 4th, he had surgery, and they removed a mass the size of a plum. The initial biopsy showed it to be a low-grade cancer, and he was told he didn’t need any further treatment. Last week, he received a follow-up call from the oncologist informing him that the complete biopsy was done and that the mass was a rare and aggressive form of cancer. That sounds alarming, but they are hopeful that it was all removed. As a precaution, Terry will start radiation on the 18th of July. The radiation treatment will be 5 days a week and will last for 5-6 weeks.

Terry is in great spirits and has taken a positive approach to the situation. His faith is strong and deeply rooted in God, which he frequently discusses in conversations about his diagnosis.

We all consider Terry a beloved friend and we are hoping to ease the financial burden of this difficult time. It looks like he may be out of work for up to two months and these funds will help support some of their every day expenses.
