Hi, my name is Terry Ann Barra. On July 27, 2025, I was diagnosed with colon cancer. As the appointments increased, more cancer was found in my chest, liver, and lungs. The cancer was spreading aggressively, and I also had stomach ulcers. I had to complete antibiotics before I could begin chemotherapy. My brother Kevin “Calvin,” for whom I cared for since the passing of our mother, passed almost a week after my initial diagnosis of cancer that had returned aggressively. This was only months after the passing of our beloved sister Pamela “Pam” and our uncle Wilfred Jr. After taking care of all of Calvin’s final arrangements and laying him to rest, I now need to get on my journey to healing and health. I’ve been unable to work due to my diagnosis and treatments, but medical bills and utility bills are constantly piling up. It isn’t easy for me to ask for help when I’m used to being the helper of anyone in need. Your help during this challenging time will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
