Support Terri's Fight Against Kidney Disease

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out today to ask for help for my amazing mom, Terri. She is one of the strongest, kindest people I know, but the challenges she’s faced over the past 10 years have been overwhelming.

My mom has always been full of life. She loved to travel, go on adventures, and pour her love into her kids and grandbabies. But her health struggles have taken so much from her. She’s been battling a medical condition impacting her vision, severe neuropathy in her legs caused by diabetes, and now kidney disease. Despite it all, she’s held on to her beautiful spirit and determination to keep moving forward.

Soon, my mom will be undergoing kidney and pancreas surgery (on the transplant list), which will require her to have in-home assistance for PD catheter care both before and after the procedure. In addition, she’s working to raise funds for Esight or Envision glasses—devices that could improve her vision and give her back some independence. These glasses would be life-changing, helping her regain a sense of freedom and hope for a better future.

Watching my mom face these challenges has been heartbreaking, but she continues to fight with courage and grace. Every little bit helps and will make such a difference in easing her burden and helping her focus on healing and recovery.
