Hello there! My name is Terri, but my family has always called me Peaches - a nickname that brings back memories of happier times. I've been blessed with a loving husband of almost 30 years, four wonderful adult children, and three adorable granddaughters whom I want nothing more than to see grow up. Life was beautiful until August 10, 2023 when I discovered a lump under my armpit, and later, another in my breast. The fateful day of October 11, 2023 forever changed my life when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer, which tragically progressed to Stage IV metastatic breast cancer. This aggressive disease has spread to my bones and lungs, turning my world upside down. The burden of cancer doesn't just come in the form of physical pain; it brings along overwhelming financial strain. The mounting medical bills, daily living expenses, holistic treatments, and the fear of eviction have left me facing an unimaginable hardship. The thought of losing my home while battling this relentless disease is absolutely frightening. Your support can make a monumental difference in my fight against cancer. Your kindness will help me catch up on overdue rent, utility bills, holistic food costs, and essential medical care. Additionally, it will enable me to afford transportation to chemotherapy and other vital medical appointments, as well as cover the escalating medication expenses.
