Please help Terri fight Grade 4 Glioblastoma
Donation protected
I’ve been diagnosed with Grade 4 Glioblastoma! It is highly aggressive and life threatening. With Chemotherapy and Radiology there is a chance of beating it.
I did not have health insurance. I’ve always done everything I could to stay healthy to avoid care I couldn’t afford—but now, I’m facing something I can’t outrun or ignore.
Volunteers in Medicine a free clinic for uninsured people found the tumor. They sent me to the ER. I was admitted to the hospital where they did another MRI and a CT scan. The neurologist there said that the tumor at that time was small, operable and in a good place, if he extracted it ASAP!
I got set up with market place insurance and found a primary care doctor. The Hospital kept me waiting for two months! Eventually we found NIH a research hospital in Maryland. The original hospital was extremely difficult in getting my medical records sent to NIH which were needed before I could get the surgery.
I’m scared—but I’m trying to stay strong.
If you can donate or share this page, it would mean the world to me. I still have so much life left to live, and I’m not ready to give up.
Thank you for reading. Thank you for caring.
Here's my Venmo terrim00re for anyone who would rather use it instead of GoFundME.
