Hello Everyone,

My name is Terrie Evans.

Last week, after reviewing MRIs, my orthopedic Dr. strongly suggested I have PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) biologic treatment in each shoulder due to arthritis and to severe degeneration of tissue and ligament tears. PRP treatment is the best preventative treatment to avoid shoulder surgery. Each injection is $1000. Insurance does not cover PRP treatment. I have had a PRP injection before in my hip, so I know it works on my body.

Living on a fixed income as a Senior, I do not have the resources available Therefore, I am reaching out to community and friends to see if I can enlist some contributors to help raise enough money to cover this necessary PRP medical procedure.

My goal is to raise $2,000 for the PRP Biologic injections. If you are able to contribute anything, I would so appreciate your assistance.

This is a most humbling experience for a strong, independent woman to ask for this kind of assistance.
