Terri is my friend and co-worker, and she is one of the most hardworking and caring people I know. She is a single mother who has always put her son David first, no matter what challenges life throws her way. David, her 15- year-old son, is outgoing, special, and brings joy to everyone around him. Recently, Terri and David received devastating news: David was diagnosed with Medullablastoma a form of brain cancer. This diagnosis has turned their world upside down, and Terri is now facing the unimaginable challenge of supporting her son through treatment while managing everything else on her own.
