Help Terra Verde Farm Recover After Flooding in Everson, Washington

We are Terra Verde Farm, a small family run farm located in Everson, Washington. Our farm is not only where we work, it is our home. We live and farm here with our children, and recent flooding has deeply impacted our land, our infrastructure, and our sense of stability.

A major part of our farm’s livelihood comes from our early season flower sales, which begin in January. Those sales are critical for our annual cash flow and are how we pay down our flower bulb loan, which is in the tens of thousands of dollars, and carry the farm financially into spring. The flooding has significantly compromised our ability to access resources, prepare for the season, and make those early sales, putting us in a very vulnerable position.

If we are unable to pay down that loan, it will have serious long term consequences for our farm. While this fundraiser will only cover a portion of that financial burden, it will help relieve some of the immediate pressure as we work to recover.

The flooding caused damage that goes far beyond what insurance or emergency aid typically covers. Cleanup, repairs, lost income, and the work required to make the land safe again add up quickly. In addition to farm related losses, funds will also help cover essential household needs, including heating our home with firewood and fire logs while our heat pump is being assessed, along with other recovery related expenses.

Funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward flood recovery efforts, including cleanup and repair costs, supporting our early season operations, and helping our family stay housed and stable while we work to restore the farm and continue farming.

This GoFundMe page was created with help from a friend in the community, but all funds go directly to us, and we are managing the recovery ourselves.

Any contribution, no matter the size, makes a real difference. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page is another meaningful way to support our family and our farm during this time.

Thank you for standing with farmers, families, and rural communities as we work to recover.
