My daughter Teresa gave birth to my grandson at 25 weeks gestation at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith. Since then he has been on a ventilator and has multiple medical conditions. He was transferred to Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock last weekend and they live 2 1/2 hours away. He underwent heart surgery on Monday and is now having more complications. She and her husband are needing some help with the cost of staying in Little Rock for an indefinite period of time. Her husband is having to take unpaid leave to be with her and the baby.
