Hello, my name is Teresa. I'm just a normal grandma who has a lot of medical problems, so I have many doctors' appointments from Beaumont to Temecula and as far as Newport Beach. Most are specialists, and that brings me to why I'm setting up a GoFundMe page. I need transportation!!! I have an opportunity to purchase a quality vehicle with low mileage and great gas mileage!!! It's been well taken care of, and maintenance has been on schedule. I can get it for $2,500, and it's valued at twice that. It will be the last vehicle that I own. However, I am disabled and live on a fixed income of $1,012. How can anyone live with that kind of income? I can't stand for long periods of time, so I can't have a regular job. I am researching work-from-home opportunities and possibly taking online classes so that I can be qualified. Even though this vehicle is a killer deal, my income at this time will not even permit me to make payments!!! I'm reaching out at this time for HELP. I do want to be a productive citizen again and be able to take care of and support myself. I'm asking for your help to get myself to and from doctors' appointments so I can take care of my health. My heart problems are manageable, but my back issues are getting worse, which may need another surgery in the future. I don't want any sympathy; I just need some help so that I can get back on the road. By the way, I just got released from a post-acute facility on Saturday, 08/16/25, after a short stay in ICU at San G Hospital. I was at the facility for 3 weeks. I really do need the kindness from your hearts and some financial help. I really feel bad for asking because times are tough for everyone right now. You would be doing me a great service and getting me back on my feet. I also plan on volunteering at the post-acute facility, helping others with rides to their doctors' appointments as well.
