Teresa Monk found out she had pancreatic cancer in June. From July to October she has gone through chemotherapy in Brewer. After her last scans in October she decided to have a second opinion in Boston. Teresa, Richard, and her family have made the decision that Boston is the place she needs to be to undergo 6 weeks of aggressive radiation. She is praying that after weeks of radiation that she will be a good candidate for a surgery called the Whipple. She will be staying at an Airbnb close to Mass General Hospital. These 6 weeks will be very stressful and expensive. Let’s please give Teresa and Richard the support they have shown many others over the years. Thank you so much.
