I am reaching out to ask for help for my dear friend Teresa. Teresa has spent the past year caring for her mother, Sylvia, who is now in hospice after a long battle with cancer. While working tirelessly as a house cleaner, Teresa has also been raising her 10-year-old daughter, Serenity, and supporting her family through a series of heartbreaking losses. Just last September, Teresa’s brother and Sylvia’s son passed away suddenly, leaving the family to cope with even more grief. She is struggling to cover basic bills like rent, car payments, and groceries, while also trying to provide summer camp for Serenity so she can continue working.
