Hello my name is Terence Seeley and I am trying to raise money to fix my vehicle and get it back on the road or possibly replace it. Several months ago now I was diagnosed with severe cronhs disease. I had spent most of the summer sick and in sever pain I had begun receiving infusion treatments near the end of September and I have had to rely on someone else for transportation to my treatments and appointments. However the person that I rely on has failed me several times now and I have no other means of getting to my treatments and appointments I do not have a job and have no income to fix my vehicle with that is why I am here asking for help.
