Hello!!!!!

My name is Tenesha and I am so excited to have completed my 200 hour Yoga teacher training.

My dream is to solidify my advocacy for women and mothers in my community by creating spaces to heal through yoga, Ayurveda and energy work.

My next step in seeing that dream come to fruition is to complete my 300 hour Ayurveda with Yoga course and I would like your help to cover my tuition cost.
