Support Tegan's Family with Reliable Transportation

My name is Tegan and I am a single mom to two amazing kids, Jaylen and Juliana. I am trying to raise money to repair my car or get us into a more reliable vehicle.

Two weeks ago, I was getting ready to go on a trip to Atlanta to see my nephew, and I decided to get an oil change done at Valvoline prior to the trip. While at Valvoline, they suggested I get a transmission flush on my 20-year-old car, and that transmission flush resulted in my car breaking down an hour into my trip. Literally one hour after I got the transmission flush, my transmission blew on I-16 in Metter, Georgia. Prior to getting that service done, my car had no issues. Valvoline has said they are not responsible for the damage and have refused to compensate me or pay towards any of the repairs. That has left me without a car while having to take one kid to school and one kid to daycare by 8:30am while maintaining a 60-hour work week. Trying to find rides here and there and using Uber has been quite expensive and exhausting. The repairs for the vehicle and the transmission have been quoted to be around $5,000, and with my challenged credit, I have only been approved for car loans with down payments upwards of $6,000. My hopes are that I will be able to raise enough money to put a down payment on a more reliable car or to have the repairs done on the car I already have. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. I only hope God will provide for us in the meantime and make a way for us to get back on the road in the near future.
