Hi, my name is Ted. Some of you know me from Amazon, some from Republic Service. I am on here to request some help to keep from getting evicted and get new supplies for my new life as an amputee. I need a prosthetic, a wheelchair, a walker and misc supplies. It all happened in February. I worked for an Amazon XL DSP. They add money to our accounts for safety shoes for the new year.

I ordered a new pair of sneakers. The first day I wore them, I got a rash on the heel of my left foot. I didn't think anything about it. I put some meds on it each day and went back to work. Within 2 weeks, I was so sick. I got fired from work. I was rushed to the emergency room because I had fallen and couldn't get up. It turns out I had a blood infection and flesh-eating bacteria in the bone of my leg. The doctor said if I hadn't gone in that day, I would have died. Now I am still in the hospital 50 days later. I still need to go to rehabilitation to learn life with one leg. Unfortunately, now I am being evicted along with my 78 year old elderly mother, whom I take care of and my 2 small dogs.

Please help me out with whatever you can. Even a dollar per person will help a bunch. I don't want to get evicted while I'm still in the hospital learning to walk again. God bless all of you that donate or send your well wishes.
