My name is Renee. My son, Teddy Jackson, has been diagnosed with a rare cancer named “Soft Tissue Sarcoma MPNST” (malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor). This diagnosis came as such a surprise in September of 2024, right after he and his wife, Olivia, purchased a home for themselves and their 7-year-old son, Teddy Jr.

Teddy has been a hard worker since he was 15 years old, never once going a period of time without being employed. He worked his way up to a management position before this devastating diagnosis, which has caused him to be out of work since last year. He has completed several rounds of chemotherapy. His next step will be surgery, then he will begin radiation. The hospital stays and out-of-pocket costs of treatment have quickly depleted most of their emergency funds. Now they are facing the burden of paying for his health insurance completely out of pocket because his job's coverage, with him being out of work this long, has reached the maximum time of continued coverage. Donations will be used to help cover the cost of health insurance, child care, and treatment. Any help and prayers are greatly appreciated in this time of need.
