Project Graduation at Teaneck High School

Project Graduation (PG) is a nationwide initiative designed to provide graduating seniors with a safe, chaperoned, and substance-free environment in which to celebrate their achievements on the final night of high school. This unforgettable event gives students a chance to unwind and enjoy a night filled with fun, laughter, and memories, all while keeping them safe in a secret location.

The event typically features a wide variety of activities, including:

-Games: From casino nights and inflatable bounce houses to arcade games, there’s no shortage of fun-filled entertainment.

-Live Entertainment: Students can enjoy live music, a DJ, and even take fun photos at the photo booth to capture the night’s excitement.

-Food and Refreshments: The evening is catered with delicious meals, snacks, and refreshments, ensuring everyone stays fueled for the festivities.

-Prizes and Giveaways: Throughout the night, students have the chance to win great prize giveaways.

Project Graduation is organized by local parent volunteers, with fundraising efforts supporting the event. At Teaneck High School, Project Graduation will benefit over 300 graduating seniors, giving them an opportunity to come together and celebrate their hard-earned success in a positive and safe environment.

Help Us Celebrate and Keep Teaneck High School Seniors Safe with Project Graduation!

We are reaching out to ask for your support in making Teaneck High School's Project Graduation a success. This year, we expect even higher participation due to the larger class size and the fact that graduation falls on a Monday, which means we are anticipating greater costs and an even bigger celebration. We need your help to make sure this event is everything our hardworking seniors deserve.

Our students work incredibly hard throughout their high school careers, and we want to ensure they have a memorable, safe, and substance-free way to celebrate this major milestone. Project Graduation (PG) provides a fun, secure environment where all of our graduating seniors can come together to celebrate their accomplishments and enjoy their final night as high school students.

To make this event accessible to all seniors, we are aiming to raise at least $10,000 through this GoFundMe campaign. Every donation goes directly toward funding an unforgettable all-night celebration filled with exciting entertainment, delicious food, and amazing prizes. We want every senior who wishes to participate to have the opportunity, regardless of their financial situation—and your generosity will help make that possible.

For over 35 years, Project Graduation has been a cherished tradition at Teaneck High School, providing our seniors with a safe, sober, and fun way to celebrate their graduation night. This event has been made possible thanks to the generosity of local businesses, community members, and parents. A Safe, Substance-Free Celebration

-Food & Drink: Delicious options for all tastes, including chicken, pizza, chips, ice cream bars, donuts, a coffee bar, breakfast items, and Kosher and Vegan options.

-Entertainment: Exciting activities like a hypnotist show, silent disco, karaoke, inflatable bubble balls, casino games, movies, and multiplayer video games.

-Prizes: Fun giveaways, and, depending on the funds raised, a special graduation gift for each attendee.

Project Graduation is a national program that has been supporting safe post-graduation celebrations for years. Our local chapter at Teaneck High School is organized by dedicated parent volunteers, and all donations go directly toward making this event possible. We are currently securing vendors and finalizing the plans to ensure this year’s celebration is one our seniors will never forget.
