Tax deductible
FC 814 Team Energy has advanced to the United States Youth Soccer National League semifinal round in Round Rock, TX from February 21-24, 2025, and is hoping for your support.
We greatly appreciate your consideration to provide a donation that will be used to help cover Team/Player cost of transportation, lodging, and meals estimated to be approximately $25,000.
The information below highlights the team’s success at the regional and national level, which will require significant travel.
Team Energy started as a Division 5 recreational team, earning their way up through the ranks into classic and to Division 1. With their success came a promotion into the US Youth Soccer National League, Great Lakes Conference (GLC) Premier 1. The GLC consists of teams primarily from NY, PA, WV, OH, IN, MI, MN, & KY.
After only 1 year in the conference, Team Energy finished undefeated in the 2023 regular season with a record of 7-0-1 as League Champions in the National League GLC Premier 1, U16 Girls! Team Energy also won the State Cup championship that year.
During the 2024 regular season, Team Energy went 4-2 but still prevailed and won their 2nd straight State Cup championship.
Their travels to Round Rock, Texas began when they advanced to the USYS National League Soccer Tournament Quarterfinal competition in the U-17 bracket at the Arizona Athletic Grounds, Mesa, AZ, where they placed at the top of their bracket, going undefeated in all 3 games in December 2024.
During the Fall season, the girls are committed to their local high school teams but came together in November to win the 2024 Columbia Fall Classic Tournament in November as they moved to the U-17 age group. Over the winter, they participate in many indoor futsal tournaments and friendlies to prepare them for their Spring season. You can search for many of the girls’ names in the local newspaper to find their accolades on and off the pitch. Many were named in all-star groups, first and second team honors, and participate in other sports for their high school all while maintaining high academic achievements. They are truly what it means to be a student-athlete.
On behalf of Team Energy Players, Coaches, Parents, we want to thank you for considering this opportunity to partner with us for the benefit of youth soccer athletes in our Central PA area.
