Support Teagan's Journey to High School Success

This little girl is now 13 and headed off to high school! Teagan is an amazing kid! She is artistic and athletic. She excels at anything she attempts, including trying out new things. She decided to apply to the high school she wanted, and she was accepted! She has been accepted to Saint Mary's in Berkeley, CA. This is a major milestone for her.

That being said, there are a list of things that are required that we need help with. Her school requires her to have an iPad or a Mac laptop. As many of you may know, this girl comes from tall genes. Since August, she has grown 2 inches! And if any of you know what it is like being tall, she needs new school clothes again. She will also be taking more art classes. She has already met with the art teacher, and it looks like she may go directly to the advanced class. For her new school, there are activity fees and materials required that we need to buy. She will need a computer, case, keyboard, pencil, clothes, a new backpack, and various other new school supplies. She has also been invited to join the cross-country team. This means new running shoes and clothes for training.

As you may know, I paused my teaching career to stay home with both our children. I have subbed and nannied to help keep us afloat. Currently, I am finishing up my Master's of Ed/Teaching Credential program and will be a first-year teacher this fall. As a result of being a "new" teacher, I will be on the lower salary scale. This lower income, helping Killian pay for college, her competitive soccer fees, and the now monthly fee for her school, we need assistance to make this happen for her. This is where you can help!
