Since 1986, Teacher Nadine has been the heart and soul of Children's Workshop Preschool. For nearly four decades, she has shaped the very beginning of hundreds of children's lives, laying the foundation not just for education, but for curiosity, confidence, and love of learning.

If your child has been lucky enough to experience her care, then you know: Nadine has given more to our families than we could ever repay.

But now is our chance to try.

Two weeks ago, Nadine was accidentally knocked over by a child at school and fell hard on the tile floor. She broke her kneecap in multiple places and had to undergo major surgery (ORIF — Open Reduction Internal Fixation) to repair it with screws. She is currently staying with a nurse in Renton and faces at least six weeks of recovery and physical therapy. She won’t be able to return to school this year, and it’s unclear when she’ll be able to work again.

This fundraiser is our chance to give back — to surround Nadine with the same love and support she’s shown our children for decades.
