I have been a part of TDC MMA + Fitness since it’s opening in 2016. It’s a beautiful, welcoming academy that I have come to know and love. It’s a second home for me and for many others.
During the pandemic, TDC’s owner, Dino Costeas, has spared no expense to ensure the safety of everyone that walks through the door - even closing them for a time to completely upgrade the facility with the latest health and safety protocols. The care and energy that he puts into the academy speaks volumes of his character and I’ve never felt safer, more reassured, or more normal than I do when I’m there.
Small businesses everywhere have been dealt a tough hand and quarantining for the past 9 months has shown me just how much this academy means to me. It has become a light at the end of the tunnel.
Taking care of your mental and physical health has never been so crucial. It can make all the difference in the world and one session at TDC MMA + Fitness does that for me. Even further, it has provided me and every member with a support system. A family. I am forever grateful for the relief that this academy has given me. And I would like to return the favor.
