Meet Tayt Andersen

Tayt has stared down impossible odds from day one:

• Born with half a heart → 12 surgeries by age 9

• Heart transplant at 10

• Post-transplant lymphoma (PTLD) in his teens

• 2024: Bladder cancer diagnosis, chemo + radiation

June 2025 Update

Recent scans show the cancer has spread to his pelvis, spine, abdomen, chest, and neck. Doctors have moved us to hospice care. Their best estimate: 3–4 precious months with our boy.

Why We’re Asking for Help

• Hospice, meds, and equipment not covered by insurance

• Mortgage + basic bills while Dad (Aric) steps away from freelance photo work and Mom (Chrissy) exhausts her limited PTO

• Creating keepsakes—photo books, video messages, memory boxes—for Tayt’s younger siblings and future nieces/nephews
