As my dear friend used to tell me when I asked him to contribute to an urgent project: “Thank you for giving me the opportunity to make a difference for good in the world!” I invite you to make a difference for good in the world by helping our dear friend Taylor Yowell, whose recent serious illness makes it impossible for him to currently grow and deliver healthy, nutrient-rich organic vegetables to families across central Mississippi. For the past 11 growing seasons, Taylor and his wife, Marbury, have blessed the lives of hundreds of folks in central Mississippi with life-giving, organic food. Now, it’s our turn to bless their lives with financial support as they face these serious health and income issues.
Why your help is needed now? For the last two months, Taylor has been devastated by Ulcerative Colitis (an autoimmune disease which attacks the large intestine). This has made it impossible for Taylor to work on his farm and generate income to cover even basic costs of living. Taylor, Marbury, and their one-year-old son, Liam, need our aid to help cover their note, utilities, medical expenses, food, and other basic expenses for the next 4-5 months, until Taylor can recover and get back to farming the land and delivering delicious, healthy food to families like yours.
Please make a generous gift to help our neighbor and one of the finest guys you could ever know, keep his organic farm alive, and help keep his fine family afloat for the next 4-5 months. We need Taylor and his Garden Farmacy farm, and today they need us. Please contribute, and please share this with your friends and family so Taylor, Marbury, Liam, and The Garden Farmacy can weather this storm and keep growing healthy food for us all in the Jackson Metro Area. Thank you for your generosity in helping our neighbor with a very pressing need.
