Support Taylor during his treatment and recovery
Donation protected
On March 8th, our sweet Taylor began a treatment journey towards complete healing. Just a few days prior, we found out that Taylor has a large malignant extragonadal germ cell tumor, located in the mediastinum (chest wall).
Taylors treatment journey is an aggressive approach that consists of a 21-day cycle of 3 chemotherapy medications for 5 days. These infusions take about 6 hours a day. This is followed by weeks 2 and 3 receiving shots to boost his white blood cells, and each of these weeks, he also has an infusion of one chemotherapy medication. Taylor will go through 3 to 4 of these 21-day cycles.
The last several weeks have been overwhelming and exhausting, but Taylor has handled this news with such strength and great faith. It is a true blessing to walk beside him as we trust in Jesus.
Taylor asks specifically that this news is shared to bring him empowerment and not pity. We ask that you pray for his strength, endurance, patience, and peace as he walks through this storm. He is certain of God’s perfect plan for his life and knows He is with him every second of this journey.
We bring our concerns and request to the feet of Jesus, fully aware of his majesty. We wholly trust him with Taylor’s life and ask for his will to be done.
Deuteronny 31:6
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
A GoFundMe has been created to help alleviate financial stress since Taylor is unable to work during this time of treatment. Taylor recently started a new job and does not have disability benefits. If you can help financially, we ask that you do so and thank you for your prayers and support.
