Hi! My name is Mandy Kennedy. I am one of Taylor’s sisters and just one representative of Tay’s entire family and friends. On July 17, Mr. Otis Julian Smithey entered the world at just 30 weeks gestation and a little over ONE pound in weight. Sweet, precious Otis will be in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for at least another two months.
