Hi, I’m Esther Swift, from Omaha Nebraska and a close friend of Taylor Husbands and her family from Lake Vermilion. Taylor’s life has been turned upside down by hurricane Helene and the recent floods in Asheville, NC. Let’s help her rebuild and find stability.

Taylor, her boyfriend Mason, along with their dog Echo, had made a home in Asheville for the past 6 years. She fell in love with the area, but the aftermath of the hurricane and devastating flood has left her home without water, extremely limited resources for food, gas and all essential needs.

Due to the devastation in Ashville, Taylors job no longer exists. There’s no way for them to thrive in Asheville in its current condition, and at this time they must relocate and are not sure where they will find another permanent home.

Taylor urgently needs funds for gas, safe shelter, and daily expenses as she looks to find a new home and job. This money will go directly to Taylor to help her pay her bills and expenses.

Taylor is hesitant to ask for help, but I have no pride in asking on her behalf. Your donations will provide her with the relief she needs to feel safe, both physically and mentally, as she navigates this challenging time.
