Taylor is my niece, and she has shown incredible strength and love during an unimaginably difficult time. On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, Taylor's mother, Patti Rhodes, suddenly passed away. For over 10 days, Taylor was at the hospital, advocating for her mother and working closely with doctors and nurses to ensure Patti received the best care possible. This meant Taylor had to put her own life on hold, missing work and facing emotional exhaustion, all while supporting her family.

During this time, Taylor was unable to work, which put her behind on rent, utilities, and basic living costs. To make matters even more challenging, her car broke down, leaving her with a large repair bill she couldn't afford. Despite these hardships, Taylor continued to care for her young daughter and stayed by her mother's side from early morning until late at night. Now, as she helps plan her mother's memorial, Taylor's thoughts and energy are entirely with Patti, making it impossible for her to return to a normal work routine right now.
