Hello Everyone, I am writing to update you on the health status of my son, Tavein Robertson Jr. As you may be aware, I delivered him prematurely on April 21, 2025, due to complications from preeclampsia, necessitating a two-month stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). During his time in the NICU, he experienced significant growth, but also encountered a few complications, which now require surgical intervention. His surgery is schedule for emergency surgery and he will be hospitalized to ensure a smooth recovery. I will provide updates on his surgery and recovery progress. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer to support me during this challenging time, as I will need to take a temporary leave of absence from my business to care for him during his healing process. Unfortunately, since I am self-employed, I do not have access to medical Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) benefits, which will also delay his medical clearance to start daycare by a month.
