The loss of a family member is one of the hardest things to endure. Losing a child takes that pain to another level; losing your child to her mental health struggles is tragic, devastating, and heartbreaking.

Earlier this week, we received the devastating news that Tatileana has lost her battle with her mental health struggles. Ku'uipo is dealing with the loss of her little girl.

If you knew Tati, you are also probably hurting from this loss. She lit up the world of all those around her. Tati was 16 years old and had a big heart. She was getting ready to start Job Corps next month and was excited to start her journey to be a pediatric nurse. Growing up, she was always loving on all the babies and young kids in her life, especially her cousins that were only a year, two years, three years, and five years younger than her.

Asking for help is also a really hard thing to do. Tatileana has so many people in her life that love her so much and are wanting to show her family love and support. We wanted to provide a place for people to show their support and love, and if you feel called to, donate to help relieve the financial burden that the death of a child brings to the family.

Ku'uipo and her siblings want to give Tati a Celebration of Life that lives up to the amazing young lady that Tati was. Based on the outpour of love they have already received, they are expecting many family and friends to be attending and want to make sure there are accommodations for everyone that loves her.
