Support Tatiana's Mission Trip to New Orleans

Hello! My name is Tatiana and I'm a full-time student at USF majoring in health science. I will be going on a Spring Break mission trip with the campus ministry for USF Chi Alpha for the 1st time this year! I'm attempting to raise a budget of 750$ to cover the cost of this mission trip so I can go. Trip hosts call this mission trip "My City, My Responsibility". We will be partnering with the host organization "Answering the Cries" which exists "to win souls and raise lifetime soul winners." During Spring Break our team will be supporting this organization through efforts to reach those who are homeless, poor, needy, and disillusioned in the heart of New Orleans. We will engage in service projects, food efforts, and outreach efforts. We will be trained and sent out to share the gospel in teams. We will also see another campus's Chi Alpha service during this trip. Finally, we will be able to participate in many team-building activities that will include biblical teaching from the trip hosts and a commissioning service near the end of the trip. I want to go on this trip because I've never been on a mission trip before and want to gain a new perspective. I'd also really want to grow in having a servant heart. I would love to serve others during this trip and I am excited to learn and grow with this opportunity!
