Jonathan Aguilar Garcia (22) of Richfield, was recently a victim of a brutal assault followed by unjust detention by ICE—targeted solely because of the color of his skin, while working at Target in Richfield. This heartbreaking event has not only inflicted physical and emotional trauma but has also placed an overwhelming financial burden on his family.

Jonny (Jonathan), is now facing potential legal fees to fight for justice and the daily stress of navigating life after such a traumatic experience. No one should endure such injustice, and no family should face the fear and uncertainty that comes with it.
